We work with adults and children of all ages in one on one settings in order to best support your needs. We believe in working closely with you to help identify your strengths in order to create healing and meaning in your life.

We believe in the power of relationships and love to support relational healing. We work with couples, parents and other caregivers in ways that are specific to your healing goals. Whether navigating through the loss of a family member, a diagnosis or life changes we believe in including each member of the system. 

Play is the natural language of kids and adolescents and we believe in joining with the child in this way to offer healing and insight. We utilize sand tray, art, drama and other expressive therapies to work with children.
